Dr. Haid and her staff are amazing! I had lost the crown I was able to put it back on So when I came in Dr. Haid was able to remove it Clean the area and get it glued back on correctly. This was at the end of her day and I was there just for a cleaning not realizing that I should have contacted her the day before. That's the amazing person Dr.Haid and staff are, always taking the time for you and your dental needs!

I can remember when going to the dentist was something to be dreaded. Going to Dr. Haid's office is the exact opposite. She is a dental artist. And the people who work for her are skilled and pleasant to be around. I have nothing but good things to say about the practice, and highly recommend it to others.

Your waiting room & exam rooms are very modern, as soon as you walk in the door the receptionist & staff make you feel like you’re at home. Dr Emrich who has been my dentist for over 35 years is the best. Nina his assistant today, did a wonderful job, and did everything she could to make me feel relaxed. Great job!

I hadn't been to the dentist in years, so my anxiety was through the roof going into my appointment. This was truly the best dentist experience I had ever had, even with so much unknown going in. The staff was exceptional, gentle, and super kind. I even have to go back for a couple of follow ups and am not nervous about going back at all! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a caring, thorough, and understanding dentist and staff in the greater Columbus area!

The team at Haid Dental is amazing. I popped off a crown during the busy holiday season and they got me right in. The office staff knows you as an individual and Erin identified which tooth I was having an issue with before I even came in. Dr. Emrich is top notch. We've been going to him for years and feel he is truly an artist when it comes to crowns, fillings, etc. Hygienists Jen and Meagan are gentle AND efficient. We just hope none of the staff retire any time soon!

I have been visiting the dentists and hygienists at Haid Dental and their predecessors for many decades, and my latest appointment measured up to their high standards. Megan cleaned my teeth gently and thoroughly, Dr. Michael Emrich gave me a follow-up examination, and everyone in the Worthington office was friendly and kind. These folks are great, and I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to Dr. Haid and Dr. Emrich for a very long time. This office is always nice to me and to all the customers. They’ve always been super flexible and have worked me in over the years. I’ve been going to Dr. Emrich since 1989 I believe.. Both Dr Emrich and Dr. Haid are amazing and super professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend them both. I recently had a fantastic experience with Haid Dental! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. They not only got me on the schedule quickly but also took the time to explain the Zoom teeth whitening and filling procedures thoroughly. The results were outstanding! My teeth are now several shades whiter, and the filling is seamless – you can't even tell it's there. The efficiency with which they handled everything was impressive, making the entire process smooth and painless. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. Five stars all the way!

Very thorough and comprehensive dental visit. Very courteous and patient friendly staff. Cleaning procedure by Jennifer was thorough. Dr. Emrich provided good feedback following his examination. Front office staff is very pleasant and professional. A very well organized dental practice. Plus my teeth look terrific and my Frank Sinatra is a show stopper!!!

My crown was loose and they got me in the next day. Dr. Haid also adjusted something to make flossing easier in that area and around my implants. She listened to everything that concerned me and took care of the problems. The staff is also friendly and helpful as well as competent. I’ve been with Dr. Haid for decades!

You folks are the absolute best !! I have never enjoyed going to the dentist but you have made me happy to go ! The amount of work that I had done would have meant 3-4 months at any other dentist. I have a smile I am proud to show off and it took a matter of a few visits. Thanks again for such a fabulous job !

Needed to have a chipped crown repaired/replaced. Was able to get an appointment on very short notice and using state of the art technology the dental assistant/technician and Dr Emrich crafted and installed the replacement crown in less than 2 hours. The entire procedure went smoothly. Outstanding, professional service.

I have been with this practice since 1986. Dr. Emerick has been my dentist most of that time. He is the best. The practice has the latest of equipment and just left his office now from having a root canal and crown done. All done in one visit. With no temporary crown or second visit. Staff all very kind and efficient. I don’t reviews much but nice to do them for great service.

My visit was a very positive experience. All staff members are very skilled, friendly and patient centered. My visit was for implant crown type dental procedures and all went well. Dr. Emrich and the technical staff were superb in all aspects of the procedure. As a result I have a "Frank Sinatra smile" and feel terrific.

Thank you everyone at the office, Dr. Haid, Sophida, Maria, Erin, and Lorna, for helping me with my out-of-the-blue tooth issue this week. You were right, as always, that it was a problem arising from my not using my night guard device. And it is comforting to have a plan for if the problem tooth pain returns. From the moment you arrive for your appointment! The pretty smiles and professionalism is overwhelming! The view and comfortability during the procedure is awesome! While reclined on the chair, who would’ve ever thought to put a TV on the ceiling for your leisure during the procedure! I’m 64 and Dr. Emrick is my third dentist I’ve had in my lifetime to date!! As luck or fate would have it, I'd lost a filling the day before a scheduled cleaning appointment. Dr. Haid and her team were able to perform the needed repair while I was there so I wouldn't have to schedule a follow-up appointment. Appreciate the quick attention and usual skilled, friendly services!

I can always get an appointment with Dr. Haid and Staff. I just got my teeth cleaned and appreciate Jenn’s professional work and fun personality! The whole staff are a great family. They all work together to help their patients achieve excellent results. My husband and I highly recommend them. I drive from Dublin to Worthington because that’s how much We like and trust them❤️

Excellent experience. Jennifer was very thorough in the cleaning and x-ray procedures. She also was proactive in identifying an issue that could be a lingering problem. Dr. Emrich explained the potential problem and recommended a procedure to address the issue. Overall it was a very positive experience. Front desk staff was also helpful and are very professional in working thru administrative services. The entire staff is very patient, oriented, highly skilled and friendly....best dental office in Franklin County.

The dentists and dental assistants are amazing. They do great work. I love dealing with them. However, the billing department... needs work. Everytime I go there, there is some "issue" with my insurance. Like switching the birthday around on my insurance claim to charging me a dollar because they "miscalculated" the price. It's ridiculous. This needs addressed. I still love this place and Dr. Emrich is amazing.

This was the best dentist experience I have ever had. A colleague recommended them to me and I’m very grateful. I had 2 cavities filled and they were so careful to make sure I was numb and couldn’t feel anything. They took their time and you can tell they care about their patients. They have a patient for life out of me and my family. Thanks!!!

They have been monitoring my last crown. They have called and checked on me and are able to get me into the office for a check and bite adjustment very quickly . Very caring, professional and knowledgeable staff. Listen to your concerns and then act. Dr. Emerich , jennifer, Erin and all staff are outstanding. I recommend them to any in need of a great dental office.

I love my dentist! He’s one of the best dentist I’ve ever had, I’ve been with him for almost 10 years. He has helped me take better care of my teeth I actually look forward to going in for my cleanings twice a year. And they are also very helpful if I have concerns or any questions. The entire staff is super nice and I’m glad I chose to stay with them!

Jennifer did a great cleaning job as usual and was very pleasant! The front desk staff has recently started asking if we want to make an estimated payment even after we say we would prefer to wait for the final invoice from our insurance company. This puts us in an awkward position!. We have been patients for over 40 years and have never been late on a payment!

I am so happy with the wonderful staff at Haid dental!!! Christina and Dr. Emrich gave my husband his smile back! He had quite a bit of work done, and everyone involved made him incredibly comfortable. From check in to scheduling, dealing with insurance, they all made things easy for us. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring practice.

Dr. Haid and her staff are always understanding, warm and caring. They are concerned about the patient's comfort and appearance as they work. They are meticulous in all aspects of their practice. I have been a patient for over 10 years and have always been completely happy with the service and result of their work.

I'm beyond impressed by not just Dr. Haid, but the entire staff! They have a manner that is so gentle and soft, not just how they talk, but also in the way they touch you face and mouth. Walking in the door, Maria greeted with a smile in her eyes and I spent a short time in the peaceful, calm and immaculate waiting area. Jennifer, is always pleasant. As she proceeds with her thorough exam, she’ asks questions that aid, such as any change in meds or problem areas, along with BP check. Her technique is gentle yet firm enough to know she’s working in there! She’s communicates well if she sees any problems and takes pictures as warranted. Dr. Emrich enters, again with friendly demeanor, and completes the final review. He is reassuring in his assessments, also. Check out is a breeze. Erin and Maria are always efficient in office mgmt. and pros at dealing with insurance claims and billing. I am extremely grateful for all the expert dental care these past two decades! I have a lot more confidence in my health and appearance because of your work and care. Thanks!!!

I absolutely loved having my work done with this dentistry, everyone there is very kind, gentle and welcoming. I felt special by the way I was treated all my questions were answered and they worked with my insurance. Even if I move, I’d drive across town to get dental work done with them. Customer service is so important to me and they got it down to a T! I appreciate the entire team, even the ones I didn’t work with. Very friendly people, I tell ya.
